Matt McDonald, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

He was born and raised in Ohio and moved to the Carolinas in 1979.  A graduate of Queens College, Charlotte, NC with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, he has over 15 years experience in real estate management. Prior to joining LandCraft in 2001, Matt was Senior Vice President with Bank of America, responsible for management of the bank’s seven million square foot portfolio of properties in downtown Charlotte.
