LandCraft strives to uphold the goals of community-oriented development, responsible stewardship and quality housing.  In an industry that is highly fragmented, LandCraft is one of the largest developers in the Carolinas.  In 2005, we sold more than 1,200 lots and were involved in more than 72 neighborhoods.

The managing partners of Landcraft are all seasoned real estate professionals.  Our chairman and founder Frank Martin, Chief Financial Officer, Scott Stover and Chief Operating officer, Matt McDonald have a cumulative total of over 70 years experience in real estate development.
