LandCraft

In 2006 LandCraft celebrated the completion of 20 years in business. 

The company was founded by Frank Martin in 1986 in Charlotte and has since expanded into Greensboro in North Carolina and to Greenville, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach in South Carolina.

LandCraft is a privately owned company that specializes in residential land development, designing and building neighborhoods that have helped secure the success of our builder clients and enhance the communities in which we build.  We are committed to developing properties that are desirable places to live, convenient to shopping, work and play. LandCraft is excited about the future of real estate development in the Carolinas and is hoping to begin construction on their 100th subdivision in 2007.
